Sarah Hyun is a current MFA Interior Design student at Parsons School of Design with a passion for creating spaces that people don’t just see, but feel. With a B.A. in Anthropology from Lehigh University and an M.P.H. from Columbia University, Sarah brings a unique, research-driven perspective to design—one that prioritizes human connection and wellbeing.
Her experience ranges from sourcing high-performance textiles for global hospitality projects to designing branded office spaces, focusing on the details that make a space functional, inviting, and meaningful. She enjoys exploring custom furniture, lighting, and material choices to create atmospheres that evoke comfort and spark connection. For Sarah, design is about creating moments—places where function meets beauty, and people truly feel at home.
