Farmacy Beauty, Headquarters | New York, NY | 2,800 sq ft.

As the main headquarters, the NYC office was designed to reflect Farmacy Beauty’s dynamic and creative brand environment, accommodating a mix of remote workers, collaborative teams, and frequent events like photoshoots and product launches. The goal was to create a flexible, open, and inviting workspace that encouraged employees to reconnect and collaborate, especially as many were returning from remote work. The design balanced flexibility and warmth, accommodating ever-changing team needs while maintaining a professional yet vibrant energy reflective of the brand.

The NJ office was a larger corporate workspace tailored to the needs of departmental staff, including finance, operations, product development, and senior executives. The design prioritized functionality and comfort, with dedicated meeting rooms, private offices, and inviting lounge spaces to foster productivity and relaxation. I created distinct zones for formal collaboration and casual brainstorming while incorporating elements that tied back to the company’s overall brand image. The larger scale of the NJ office allowed for more expansive layouts and flexible meeting areas to support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

For the home staging of a multi-million-dollar home in Palisades, NY, I worked to create an inviting and aspirational environment using a mix of the home’s existing furniture and carefully selected additional elements. The process involved assessing the property’s layout and flow, determining which pieces could be rearranged or repurposed to highlight the home’s best features, and removing or decluttering any elements that detracted from the overall aesthetic. I strategically added accent pieces, textiles, and artwork to enhance warmth and appeal while ensuring that every room felt cohesive and elevated. The final result presented potential buyers with a space that felt luxurious, comfortable, and move-in ready.

For the Ultrafabrics TENCEL™ update in 2024, I narrated this voiceover with careful attention to pacing, tone, and timing to ensure a polished, engaging delivery that smoothly complemented the visuals. The goal was to highlight key product details while maintaining the brand’s professional and innovative voice throughout the video.

Here, I am featured in an advertisement for Ultrafabrics, featured in the January and February 2024 issues of Interior Design Magazine.
